This outreach program celebrates community through the mixed-medium artwork of Mecklenburg County-based artist Nellie Ashford.
Utilizing different shapes and colors, students will create an image of their own community or one they wish to live in while reading an original story about Nellie Ashford and learning about what inspires her!
